Bookings

A booking reserves a time slot at the selected centre. Please arrive 15 minutes before your slot and bring a valid photo ID and any doctor's prescription or previous reports.

Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. You may pay online or at the centre. Coupon codes are subject to their individual terms and cannot be combined unless stated.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You can reschedule or cancel by contacting us before your appointment. Refunds for online payments, where applicable, are returned to the original payment method.

Preparation

Some scans need preparation such as fasting. Following the instructions we share helps us deliver accurate results; we may need to reschedule if preparation was not followed.

Reports

Reports are shared digitally and can be downloaded after mobile number verification. Report timelines are indicative and may vary.
