When you book a scan or package we collect the details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, gender and address, together with the tests you book, your appointment and payment status. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store card or UPI details.

• To prepare your report and make it available to you securely.
• To answer enquiries you send us.
• To meet legal and medical record-keeping obligations.

Your reports

Reports are released only after you verify your registered mobile number with a one-time password (OTP).

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the doctors and staff involved in your care, service providers that help us operate (such as payment and SMS partners), or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, subject to record-keeping rules, by contacting us using the details on our Contact page.
